Cut potatoes into small pieces, steam them in water, and mash them for later use.

Dice carrots, sweet sausages, sauerkraut and shallots (carrots are best fried to taste better), add them into mashed potatoes and mix well.

Add flour, salt and a little water to the mashed potatoes in step 2, and mix well (the mashed potatoes are soft. If it is hard, there may be too much flour, so you can add water to adjust it.

Hot pot, add a little oil. When the oil is hot, dig the mashed potatoes about the size of eggs with a spoon and put them into the pot, and press them into a flat circle with a wooden shovel.

After frying one side until golden brown, turn it over and fry the other side.

Take out the pan and pour in tomato sauce. Done!
