Ingredients: tofu, red-headed fish, onions, ginger, salt, oil, coriander.
1. Prepare soft tofu and cut the tofu into small pieces.
2. Remove the internal organs from the red-headed fish, clean them continuously, and then cut them into segments.
3. Heat oil in a pan, add green onions and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.
4. After frying until fragrant, add tofu and stir-fry for a few times.
5. Pour the red-headed fish into the pot, add water and cook for about 30 minutes.
