Preparing ingredients

Stir-fry bacon and spices with 1 tbsp oil. Add bacon and spices and stir-fry over low heat to bring out the flavor

Add rice and stir-fry to taste

Add chopped green onion at the end of the stir-fry and turn off the heat

Rise up the pan and serve it straight away for a deliciously flavorful fried rice!

Brush a layer of oil in the wok, pour in the egg mixture and spread it into an egg skin

Spread the fried rice and roll it up, then fry the second layer to make a tamago rice bun

Remove it out and cut it into pieces

Sprinkle it with shichimi tamago to finish it off!
