How should I make spiced rice wrapped tamago-yaki?

Ingredients

300g rice, 2-6 eggs, 1 tsp shichimi tamagoi, 1 tsp finely chopped green onion, 1 tsp garlic, 1/4 tsp coarsely cracked black pepper, 1/2 tsp Italian spices, 0.5 tbsp soy sauce, 0.5 tbsp salt, 0.5 tsp ground shiba inchi, 0.5 tsp

Preparing ingredients

Stir-fry bacon and spices with 1 tbsp oil. Add bacon and spices and stir-fry over low heat to bring out the flavor

Add rice and stir-fry to taste

Add chopped green onion at the end of the stir-fry and turn off the heat

Rise up the pan and serve it straight away for a deliciously flavorful fried rice!
