If there is no borax water, it can also be made of clay, glue, starch, pigment and shaving foam. Put the ultra-light clay into a container, add a small amount of water to melt it, and then add a proper amount of glue.

Then add pigment of your favorite color, a small amount of starch and a large amount of shaving foam and stir well, so that bubbles will begin. In other words, the foaming glue is finished.
