Nearly 100 museums in Beijing were open to the public free of charge that day.
At present, there are 179 museums of various types in Beijing. According to incomplete statistics, as many as 97 museums were opened to the public free of charge on May 18, 2008, including state-owned and non-state-owned museums, covering the whole city of Beijing. Implement the spirit of benefiting the people and provide more support to encourage the general public to take the initiative to enter the museum.

1, China National Museum
The National Museum of China has a collection of more than1000000 pieces. At present, there are 48 exhibition halls, including Si Mu Wu Ding, Si Yang Fang Zun, and the imperial seal handed down by the Qing Dynasty. It is one of the most popular museums in the world.

4. China Art Museum

5. Beijing Baigong Museum

6. China Customs Museum
