Natural fermentation of mulberry wine
The natural fermentation process of mulberry wine is as follows:

Tools/materials: 1 glass jar, 500g of mulberry, 40g of medlar, 200g of crystal sugar, and 0/200g of white wine.

1. Pour a proper amount of white wine into a large bowl, put the mulberries in batches, and then take them out for later use, which is also the first key point to make a good mulberry wine.

2. After mulberry processing, prepare raw materials. I used a 2. 1L wine bottle. This glass jar must be free of water and oil. Mulberry wine needs to be reserved and cannot be filled completely. Therefore, 500g of mulberry is used, and the ratio of mulberry to liquor is generally 1.

3. Add appropriate amount of white wine to medlar and clean it.

4. Add a layer of mulberry and a layer of crystal sugar to the prepared water-free and oil-free glass jar, repeat this operation, add crystal sugar to the top, then add the red wolfberry washed with white wine, pour the white wine into the jar until it is 8 minutes full, and put it in a cool place for 3 to 6 months to drink.

5. Finished product drawing.
