How to bake cod
I: Ingredients
Cod fillets 300g, 1 small handful of parsley leaves, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 lemon, 1 small bowl of breadcrumbs, salt, olive oil

Three: Methods
1Pre-heat oven to 200°C. Prepare the ingredients, cod fillets washed. clean, print dry with kitchen paper and set aside.
2Slice half a lemon and set aside.
3Peel the zest from the other half of the lemon. Mince the lemon zest, parsley and garlic and whisk together with the breadcrumbs and salt in a bowl.
4Wrap a baking sheet in tinfoil and coat with olive oil. Coat the cod fillets with olive oil, then dip them in the breadcrumb mixture and place on the baking sheet.
5Bake in the top shelf of a preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the top is golden brown. Remove from the oven and squeeze a little lemon juice over the top.
6Serve on a plate with side dishes and lemon wedges!
