1. Prepare 2 kg of peanuts, 2 star anises, 2 tablespoons of salt, and cinnamon 1 block, and then wash the sediment on the surface of peanuts, which will affect the taste.
2. Then press the front end of the peanut with your finger and make a small opening. The purpose of this is to make peanuts more tasty, and then pour them all into the pressure cooker.
3. Pour water according to the proportion of flowers, then add a piece of cinnamon and two star anises. If you like spicy food, you can also add a few dried peppers and add salt. Generally, a kilo of peanuts is added with10g of salt.
4. Stir well, cover the pot and cook for 20 minutes. Don't cook the pot immediately after it is cooked. Stew for 30 minutes before cooking. Take the peanuts out to dry and eat them.
