500 grams of peanuts.
Halogen:
Soy sauce (dark soy sauce) 1 tablespoon (15ml), soy sauce 3 tablespoons (45ml), salt 2 tablespoons (30ml), sugar 1 tablespoon (15ml), star anise (anise) 3 pieces, cinnamon/kloc.
Practice:
1. Wash the peanuts with skin and soak them in warm water for 2 hours. Rinse the spices in the marinade with water to remove the floating soil;
2. Wrap the spices in a special bag for stewing;
3. Mix all the materials in the marinade and cook for 20 minutes;
4. Boil the soaked peanuts in brine;
5. Cook on low heat for about 2 hours, turn off the fire and soak until it is cool. Take it out and put it on a plate. Put it in a fresh-keeping box and put it in the refrigerator for 3 days. If it is dried in the sun or dried in an oven, it will have a better flavor and last longer.
