Prepare ingredients: 200 grams of chicken breast, 100 grams of cucumber, 100 grams of carrots, 10 grams of green onions, 2 spoons of starch, 1 spoon of cooking wine, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, sweet noodle sauce 2 spoons, 1 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of salt, 1 spoon of pepper, 1 spoon of vegetable oil.

First wash the cucumbers and carrots and cut them into dices of about 1.5cm.
