1. After the water boils, boil it, and just float to the surface. If you make fried dumplings, you'd better fry them in jiaozi overnight. If you fry them directly, wait until jiaozi cools down.
2. Put the right amount of oil in the pot, spread the cooked jiaozi on it, fry it for a while, pour in the right amount of water, cover the pot, and simmer for a few minutes on medium heat until jiaozi is cooked.
3. Take a bowl, pour a handful of flour, mix well with water, pour it into the pot, and collect the juice over high fire. This step can make the bottom of crispy fried dumplings.
Jiaozi originated in the north, and its history has been more than two thousand years. As the saying goes, it's not as delicious as jiaozi, but many people ignore its rich nutrition, which is most in line with the requirements of "balanced diet" advocated by nutritionists at home and abroad. Dumpling skin is made of flour, which belongs to the staple food. It contains sugar, vitamins and so on, and is the main source of human heat. Dumplings are filled with vegetables and meat, which is very reasonable. Meat is rich in high-quality protein, while vegetables contain vitamins, cellulose and trace elements.
