Seasoning: 1 tbsp each of shaoxing wine, soy sauce, cooking oil, green onion, ginger juice, 1 tsp dry starch, ? tsp monosodium glutamate.
1) Wash and cut the pork liver into thin slices, marinate it with Shaoxing wine, green onion and ginger juice for 10 minutes.
②Add monosodium glutamate, dry starch, soy sauce and cooked oil and mix well.
③Place in a vessel and cook on high for 4 minutes, tossing twice.
