1. Prepare pig liver, as shown in the figure, and cut into strips.
2. Then put the pig liver on with the prepared rope, as shown in the figure.
3. Put the washed pig liver into the prepared basin, as shown in the figure, pour in a proper amount of white wine and massage evenly.
4. Prepare other ingredients and put them in the basin for later use.
5. Then start pouring all of it into the liver, as shown in the figure.
6. Start to stir evenly by hand, as shown in the figure, massage for a few minutes and marinate for 24 hours.
7. After curing for one day, hang it in a ventilated place to dry. After half a month, it will dry and grow into pig liver. As shown in the picture, it has become air-dried preserved pork liver.
