Noodles are a kind of noodles in the north that are rolled into long strips of blended buckwheat noodles, sorghum noodles, and so on, using a noodle bed (a special tool for making noodles with a leaky hole at the bottom), and the noodles are pressed out through a round eye to form small round strips. Thicker than normal noodles, but firmer and softer than noodles, eaten in much the same way as noodles, boiled. In the north, especially in Shanxi, Shijiazhuang area Wuji buckwheat noodles are most famous and common, noodles are traditional Chinese folk noodle snacks, as one of the most common noodle eating in northern China.
