How to make Mango Cheese Pudding
1. Put all the milk, granulated sugar, cream cheese, mango (peeled and cored and then weighed), light cream, and eggs into the mixing cup of a food processor, and beat them with the food processor until they become a thick liquid .
2. Sieve the pudding liquid 2-3 times.
3. Sieve the pudding mixture and let it stand for more than half an hour.
4. Pour the rested pudding mixture into the baking mold.
5. Place the mold into a baking dish and pour hot water into the dish, keeping the water at least halfway up the height of the pudding mixture. Place the baking dish in a preheated oven at 165 degrees Celsius and bake for about 30 minutes, until the pudding mixture is set.
