There are also text and Pinyin, please take a closer look and find out which of the many cards have the word "cai" on them? (Children's Search) Question: What dish did you find? Which one is the word for "vegetable"?

(Session design intention: Try to classify various types of dishes in the game situation, and introduce them with correct quantifiers)

1. Please be a salesperson to help the market purchase goods. When purchasing goods, you should check clearly what kind of dish it is? Which counter should it be sent to? Don’t send it to the wrong one!

2. Salespersons purchase, classify and check each other.

3. The children are divided into four groups and each chooses a counter. Take a look and talk about what dishes are on the counter. How many?

4. Each group selects a market salesperson to introduce. (Encourage young children to express boldly and completely in language, and to use quantifiers correctly.)

You may wish to go back Let dad and mom cook it and taste it. Next time when introducing "Dish of the Day", you can tell everyone about the color, aroma and taste of this dish.

Activity Analysis

Focusing on the theme of "Our City", the children and I walked out of the campus, walked into the living communities, and walked onto the streets. Various shops and service facilities were noted. At the child's suggestion, everyone brought their own pocket money and went shopping in nearby supermarkets and small markets. The children in the top class were very interested in these social activities. Especially after visiting, they couldn’t stop talking about the wide variety of dishes in the market. They often get together to discuss: "What food was eaten in kindergarten today?", "What delicious food did mom cook yesterday?" "What delicious food did I eat in the restaurant?" "Which category does gluten belong to?" Dishes...". I find that children are always more interested in and pay more attention to new things in life around them, and they like to talk and are happy to talk. I think the design of activities should be based on observation and understanding of children and derived from their life experiences. After paying attention to this, I entered the theme of "Useful Plants" based on the children's life experience and emotions, and carried out a series of "Vegetable Basket Project" and "Daily Dish" recipe reporting activities in the class, and led by This design language activity - "Super Little Chef".

In the process of activity design, I started from the children's life experience, closely combined with the life scenes, and used games throughout. In the constant changing of roles (market salesperson, little chef), children use their existing life experiences to express boldly. The loose game environment gives children the freedom to express themselves fully, which greatly stimulates children's interest in language expression.

The "Curriculum Guide" points out: 5-6-year-old children should care about simple words that need to be mastered in daily life. In view of the curiosity and desire to explore words of the children in the upper class, as well as the characteristics of Chinese teaching in the first grade of elementary school that puts reading first, I appropriately incorporated words and pinyin into the game, and some keywords appeared, such as the word "vegetable". Small games such as "Make words with the characters for vegetable" and "Look for cards with the character for vegetable" can appropriately guide children's interest in words, thereby helping them establish an attitude of being willing to learn words. I feel that these methods will greatly benefit their transformation from oral language to written language and fully prepare them for their future primary school study life.

In addition, in my daily life, I often find that children’s use of quantifiers and vocabulary matching are related to their language habits and experience. Especially locals, they often misunderstand the language habits they have developed in Shanghainese. It is consciously revealed in their expressions in Mandarin that they do not really master the rules and methods of collocation of quantifiers. Therefore, the learning of quantifiers was added to the activities. The quantifier cards I put in all come from life, such as: a radish, a basket of radishes, a pile of shrimps, a piece of meat... and the practice of these quantifiers is closely related to the lives of young children, and can help them master them very well. General usage of quantifiers.

"Eat more with one egg", talk about the different ways to eat eggs in life, and use courseware to verify it. This link fully mobilizes the children's enthusiasm. Based on the collective recall of daily life experiences, it is closely integrated with the children's daily diet, explores different ways of eating eggs, expands life experience, and accumulates good methods of healthy eating.
