1. Wash chicken wings, add a little honey, light soy sauce, and marinate with salt two hours in advance (it is better if marinated overnight);
Wash the pepper and cut it into rings, and cut the small red pepper into sections with scissors (I didn't put so many peppers, only half of them were missing).
2. Heat the oil in the pot, put the tip of the wing in the pot, fry it until golden brown, fry it and take it out to control the net oil. Put the pepper ring in the pot and fry it and take it out.
