Tips
Cloud fungus can be soaked in warm water. Both cloud fungus and fungus can be used, but they must be dry.
I used two methods to make it, one is the recipe, and the other is to skip the step of boiling it in boiling water. After soaking, rinse it with cold boiled water, find a jar, put the cloud fungus in it, and pour in vinegar , you need to submerge the cloud fungus.
