Juice:
Garlic powder, cooked sesame seeds, millet, hot oil, two spoonfuls of soy sauce, two spoonfuls of balsamic vinegar, a little salt and half a spoonful of sugar.
Ingredients: stems and leaves of chrysanthemum morifolium.
Practice:
1. Boil a little cooking oil in water, and cook Artemisia capillaris stem for 30 seconds first.
