Gulangyu Island Attractions is located in the southwest corner of Xiamen City, Fujian Province, is a national civilized scenic tourist area, national 5A-level tourist attractions, national scenic spots, World Heritage.

Gulangyu Island's climate characteristics:

Subtropical monsoon climate, warm and humid, superior light and heat conditions. Seasonal changes in the four seasons is quite regular: spring monsoon from the northeast to the south, from cold to warm, more rain; summer has a typhoon and thunderstorms of the transfer, to the hot days bring cool, sometimes typhoon; fall less rain and more sunny; winter monsoon in the northeast, cold but not cold. The sea and land winds are extremely pronounced, often from midnight to noon blowing west to northwest winds, from late afternoon to midnight before the south to southeast winds.

Summer winds are generally from the southeast to the southwest, with an average of only 2 to 3 levels.
