Credit replacement and exchange process:
(1) All secondary colleges will take postgraduate qualification examinations as usual.
(2) Each secondary college shall fill in the Summary of Students' Quality Education Credits, and implement credit replacement after confirmation by publicity.
(3) Students' elective credits, compulsory credits for quality education, career guidance and credits for innovation and entrepreneurship can be replaced according to (1) in the "exchange principle of replacement", and they are directly replaced by secondary colleges without students' application.
(4) Students who meet items (2) and (3) of the Exchange Principle and wish to offset the corresponding courses should fill in the Application Form for Credit Replacement and submit it to the secondary college before June 22nd. Second-level colleges conduct a second audit according to students' applications, and report the list of graduates who meet the graduation requirements after passing the audit.
(5) The failed course scores of students' replacement and exchange will not be modified, and the failed course scores will not be displayed when the secondary college prints the postgraduate score file table.
(6) The secondary college should indicate the student's replacement in the remarks of the graduate roster, fill in the Credit Replacement and Replacement Summary Form, affix the seal of the Student Quality Education Credit Summary Form, and report it to the Academic Affairs Office for the record. The Application Form for Credit Replacement and related summary tables are kept together with graduation audit materials of secondary colleges for future reference.
