I don’t know what the standard shredding method is, but I cut the shreds quite finely, so I’ll teach you for your reference.
First, when slicing, cut them evenly. (It’s generally thinner, so the shreds cut out will be thinner)
Secondly, don’t make the cut pieces too messy. Before cutting into shreds, check them a little, press the things at low pressure, and then don’t use the knife. If it is raised too high (otherwise it will be easy to cut your hand), cut forward at the same speed. At the same time, the hand you use to press should move back a little bit. The knife moves close to the joint of your hand, which is the speed of the hand you use to press. And the size of the moving area determines the speed and thickness of your shreds. I usually use a slightly faster speed. It is easy to cut fast and thin. Have you learned it? It seems that my expressive ability is a bit poor ^_^
