Practice
1. Cucumber cut into small strips, shrimp soaked in water for fifteen minutes or so, lean meat cut into small pieces of soy sauce and cornstarch under the marinade.
2. Hot frying pan, stir fry shrimp, on the plate standby (this step can be omitted, but stir fry, I think it will be more fragrant).
3. Hot frying pan, under the garlic burst a little, put the melon, add the right amount of salt and water, the shrimp down, cover the pot and simmer for five minutes.
4. Under the lean meat, add a little water, continue to simmer for five or six minutes, not much water can be on the plate. (If you like the melon and then soft a little, simmer a little longer time is also OK)
