Bamboo shoots are slightly cold and sweet in taste, belonging to lung and stomach meridians, and can nourish yin and cool blood, moderate the bowels, clear heat and resolve phlegm, and are suitable for patients with obesity, habitual constipation, arteriosclerosis, coronary heart disease, cancer, edema, ascites, dysuria, wind-heat cold, lung-heat cough, yellow phlegm, measles in children and so on.
Pig bone is warm, sweet and salty, and belongs to the spleen and stomach meridian. They have the functions of invigorating spleen, moistening stomach and intestines, promoting fluid production, strengthening body, caring skin, tonifying middle energizer, nourishing blood and strengthening bones.
Bamboo shoot sparerib soup
Ingredients: pork chop 300g, bamboo shoots 200g, salt 1 teaspoon, monosodium glutamate 5g, onion 1, ginger 3 slices, cooking wine 20ml, blending oil 1 spoon, pressure cooker 1.
Exercise:
Wash the ribs, pour them into a pot for blanching, and slice the bamboo shoots;
Add water to the pressure cooker, add ribs, bamboo shoots, onion ginger and cooking wine, and cover the pressure for 10 minute;
The ribs are cooked, add salt and monosodium glutamate.
Note: Bamboo shoots are rich in fiber and difficult to digest. Patients with gastric ulcer, gastrorrhagia and enteritis should not eat more.
