After washing quail, cut into pieces (without head and tail), cut pepper into small pieces, cut ginger into small pieces, and cut onion into sections about 3 cm long;

Take an oil pan, add quail and ginger slices, stir-fry over high fire, and stir-fry until the quail meat is slightly yellow;

Sprinkle a little pepper, add a proper amount of fried wine and stir well;
