Ingredients: an empty jar (enough to eat), 200g yogurt, a proper amount of milk, a spoonful of spearmint, 40g cereal, and optional fruits.
1, put a proper amount of raw oats in an empty jar, about one fifth, and put different amounts of oats in different bottles. Note (raw oats refer to unprocessed oats)
2. Add half a spoonful of spearmint
3, add a spoonful of dessert, I put blueberry sauce.
4. Pour in yogurt 100g
5. Repeat the previous steps.
6. Add milk
7. Stir well, put it in the refrigerator for one night and eat it the next morning.
