Home-style braised cod home cooking
Main ingredients: 250 grams of cod.
Accessories: moderate oil, salt, crushed herbs, soy sauce, sugar, star anise, pepper.
Preparation steps
1. Cod fish with kitchen paper towels to absorb moisture.
2. Mix starch and water to make a thick sauce.
3. Add the cod pieces and coat all over.
4. Heat oil in a pan, add the fish pieces and fry.
5. Pour in star anise, pepper OR pepper oil.
6. Pour in soy sauce, salt, chicken essence and other seasonings.
7. Pour in sugar and start the pot.
Tips: Soy sauce has salt, so salt can be less.
