Raw materials:
50g of auricularia auricula, 25g of dried bamboo shoots, 250g of mushrooms, and proper amount of soy sauce, refined salt, white sugar, monosodium glutamate, chopped green onion, shredded ginger, wet starch, sesame oil, vegetarian soup and vegetable oil.
Method:
(1) Soak auricularia auricula in cold water to soften, select impurities, remove pedicels, wash and drain. Soak bamboo shoots in clear water for 24 hours and change the clear water several times. After the bamboo shoots are soaked thoroughly, they are washed repeatedly, taken out and cut into filaments. Soak mushrooms in cold water and let them grow fully. Wash it and put it aside. Preparation method of fried chicken with dried bamboo shoots and fungus
1. Take an oil pan and heat it to 70%. Add some ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant. After the ginger slices begin to turn golden, add the chicken pieces and stir-fry them quickly over high fire until the chicken changes color.
2. Then, add the whole ginger, pour a proper amount of carved flowers, cover the pot and burn for 3 minutes.
After 3.3 minutes, add dried bamboo shoots, stir-fry for 3 minutes, pour in a little boiling water less than half of chicken pieces and dried bamboo shoots, cover the pot and bring to a boil, and keep it for 3 minutes.
4.3 minutes after the fragrance comes out, open the lid and stir fry for 5 minutes, sprinkle a little salt, add black fungus and continue to cover and cook for 5 minutes.
5.5 minutes later, open the lid of the pot, continue to stir-fry the fire, add chopped small peppers, and start collecting soup (the amount of soup depends on personal preference, some people like to make rice with soup, leave more suspicious, and you can turn off the fire after about 5 minutes.
