Spinach porridge
Raw materials:
Broccoli, stem rice each 250g, salt amount.
Practice:
1. Wash broccoli, blanch in boiling water, cut into strips and set aside.

It is not suitable for taking stem rice which is produced and processed too finely. Stem rice is composed of epidermis, aleurone layer, endosperm layer and germ layer. The epidermis and aleurone layer contain methylcellulose, vitamins and minerals, and there are far more nutrients than endosperm layer and germ layer. Excessive careful production and processing will cause a lot of loss of nutrients and reduce the nutritional components of stem rice.
2. Egg soup and porridge
Raw materials:
30g oatmeal, raw eggs 1 piece.
Practice:
1. Beat raw eggs into a bowl, sprinkle and stir.
2. Soak oatmeal in tap water until it is soft, then pour it into the pot and bring it to a boil with slow fire for about 5 minutes.

3. Chicken vegetable porridge
Raw materials:

The way to cook porridge:
