Steps:
1, open adobe photoshop, and click File to open the photo to be processed.
2. Click "Filter-Blur-Gaussian Blur" to adjust the radius to a suitable value, and click "OK".
3. Open "History" and click the camera-like button to create a snapshot.
4. Select the original picture in the history and put the history brush on the snapshot.
5. Select "History Brush Tool", choose a flexible brush, lower the hardness of the brush a little, 10%~20%, and set the transparency to a suitable range, generally about 30%.
6. Next, just apply it to your face. Done.
