How to Make Soft Bread in a Bread Machine

Prepare the ingredients, and weigh them separately, I put the milk and eggs together.

Put the milk and eggs, put the salt and sugar into the corner of the bucket. Then put the flour.

Put all the ingredients except the butter into the bread bucket, put in the milk first, then put in the eggs, put the sugar and salt into the corner of the bucket, put in the flour, and then put in the yeast by hollowing out a hole in the flour (the yeast should not be in direct contact with the salt and sugar). Start the bread machine, select the soft bread program, 450 grams, the color is medium, and start the dough.

After 10 minutes of mixing, the bread machine will stop automatically (the mixing process will stop several times to protect the machine), then put the softened butter into the corner of the bread drum and continue mixing.

The bread machine will press the program all the way down and start baking. My bread machine is set for 2 hours and 36 minutes, (including mixing, fermenting, and baking).

When the time is up, take the bread out and let it cool.
