Stewed black chicken soup with coconut
Ingredients: black-bone chicken 200g, pork bone 100g, coconut 1 piece, one spoonful of salt and two slices of ginger.
Practice steps:
1. Wash the black-bone chicken and pig bone soup, and blanch the black-bone chicken and pig bone in hot water.
