Spicy peanut practice:
1. Soak peanuts in warm water for half an hour.
2. The swollen peanuts are stripped of their red clothes. Dry skin moisture for later use.
3. Pour the right amount of cooking oil into the pot.
4. Pour the dried peanuts into the pot, heat the wok and adjust it to medium heat. When the oil is hot, turn them to low heat and fry them slowly.
5. The spatula keeps turning peanuts. When the peanuts gradually turn pale yellow and hear the chopping sound, turn off the fire and continue to turn the peanuts by using the residual temperature.
6. Put the dried red pepper and pepper into the pot and stir-fry for fragrance.
7. After about 1 min, turn off the fire when the peanuts turn golden yellow. Put the peanuts in the bowl.
8. After the peanuts are slightly cold, add a small amount of salt and salt and pepper powder, and hold the bowl edge with both hands to make the peanuts evenly stained with salt. It can be eaten after cooling.
