250g ground pork, 50g finely chopped onion, 40g finely chopped carrot, 10g finely chopped garlic, 5g finely chopped ginger, 5g finely chopped green onion, 1/3 egg, 1 tbsp cornstarch, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice wine, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp sugar, 1 tsp pepper and 1 tsp sesame oil
How to make hamburger steaks:
1. seasonings into a container and mix well, wrestle until the pork is sticky and then let it rest for about 15 minutes.
2. Shape the pork into small hamburger steaks in order and set aside.
3. Heat a pan with a little bit of salad oil and fry the hamburger steaks on both sides of the pan until colored, then fry over medium-low heat until cooked through.
