The method of frying crab roe is as follows:
1. Remove the gills and white hairs from the swimming crab, wash and chop into pieces, put oil in the pot, sauté the garlic cloves, ginger and dried chili until fragrant.
2. Add Malatang base ingredients, stir-fry over low heat until fragrant, add swimming crabs and stir-fry over high heat for 2 minutes, then add light soy sauce and seafood sauce and stir well.
