Dove Dove is a series of products launched by Mars, an American multinational food company, the world's largest producer of pet food and snack food. 1995 became the leading brand of chocolate in China, and "creamy and silky" became its classic advertising slogan.

Dove chocolate expresses "love is patience"; DovE = dove, where D=DO, O = you, V = love, e = me. Together, it means that you love me. Pigeons are pigeons in Chinese, so they also mean peace. China pigeons homonym "happiness" means happiness.

Brand story

Dove's story began in the 1940s. One day, Leon, a Greek-American, saw his son chasing an ice cream truck in the street regardless of safety. Worried about his son's safety, the owner of the candy store in Chicago decided to develop a high-quality chocolate ice cream in order to prevent his son from running on the road to buy another ice cream.

After several months of continuous adjustment and improvement of the product formula, this high-quality chocolate ice cream born of love finally came out and was named Dove by Leon.
