Method:
1. Soak the prunes in warm water for about 2 hours and clean them.
2. Blanch the pork belly and drain.
3. Heat the pork belly in a pan, spray rice wine and light soy sauce and stir-fry, add an appropriate amount of water, add some dark soy sauce, salt and sugar to taste.
4. When the water boils, add the prunes and cook together.
5. Throw in a piece of star anise to bring to a boil, then turn to low heat and simmer slowly.
6. Be careful not to let the juice dry out too much. You can eat a big bowl just by mixing it with rice.
