3. Ten kinds of white

In Zhejiang Cangnan, Pingyang and other places, people collect "ten kinds of white" on the white dew day to simmer black-bone white chicken (or duck) , it is said that eating it can nourish the body and is good for treating arthritis. These ten kinds of white are ten kinds of herbs with white characters, such as white hibiscus, white hair bitter, etc., which correspond to the literal meaning of white dew.
