"BloodyMary" (BloodyMary) is a very popular term in the West. Its widespread popularity comes first from a cocktail made of vodka, tomato juice, lemon wedges, celery root, and a bright red tomato juice that looks a lot like blood, hence the name. During Prohibition, the cocktail was popular in speakeasies and was called the "Drinkable Tomato Juice".

Ingredients

Vodka ----------------45ml

Ketchup ----------------200ml

Hot Soy Sauce ------------------ 1/2 tsp

Salt -----------------1 /2 teaspoon

Black pepper ---------------1/2 teaspoon

Half-moon lemon wedge -----------1 slice

Celery root ---------------21 root

Utensils: old-fashioned glass

2. Then sprinkle with hot soy sauce, fine salt, black pepper, etc.
