One pound of pomegranates can be soaked in almost one pound of white wine. The method of soaking pomegranates in wine is as follows:
Ingredients: 2 pomegranates, an appropriate amount of rock sugar, and an appropriate amount of white wine.
1. Cut off both ends of the pomegranate, as shown in the picture below.
2. Gently scratch the pomegranate skin, break open the seeds, and put them into a clean water-free bottle, as shown in the picture below.
3. Pour in white wine, as shown in the picture below.
4. Add rock sugar according to your own taste, as shown in the picture below.
5. Tighten the lid and seal it for a week, as shown in the picture below.
