The method of truffle chocolate
Raw materials: (about 25 pieces can be made)
Dark chocolate 150g+50g, whipped cream 60g, butter 30g and cocoa powder 20g. (Raw materials are available on Taobao)
Practice:
1, first chop up 150g chocolate and melt it in water. The container should be clean and free of water, and the water temperature should not exceed 50 degrees. Add whipped cream to the melted chocolate, stirring while adding it until it is well mixed, then add chopped butter and mix thoroughly. Then take it out and refrigerate it for 2-3 hours before the next operation, or refrigerate it overnight. (The method is simple, but it needs patience.)
2. After the mixed solution is frozen and hardened, dig a small piece with a small spoon and round your hands. Or pinch it a little twice, not too round. See what you like. (Test patience)
3, all done, as shown in the figure, there are circles and random shapes. Then take another small container, add the remaining 50g chopped chocolate to melt it in water, air it to hand temperature, put it in a ball, roll it around and take it out immediately.
4. Throw it into cocoa powder and roll it quickly. Or, as shown in the middle picture, use a larger container, put in less cocoa powder, and then throw the ball with chocolate liquid directly into it and shake the container quickly to make it full of cocoa powder. Then take advantage of it for a while, wait for the chocolate to solidify, bounce off the thick cocoa powder on the outer layer, and put it on the plate.
