Preservation method of fresh mushrooms in the sun storage method of dried mushrooms
1. Dry preservation: After the dried mushrooms are dried, the water has been lost, so the mushrooms must be dried and preserved, otherwise the moist dried mushrooms are easy to be moldy; Put the dried mushrooms in a storage container and add a proper amount of desiccant, such as charcoal lime, to avoid moisture regain.

2. Low-temperature storage: keep the dried mushrooms in low-temperature ventilation, put them in a closed container, put them in a refrigerator or freezer, take them out every other month, bask in the sun and ventilate.

3. Storage in the dark: infrared rays in light will lead to the temperature increase of mushrooms, ultraviolet rays will cause photochemical reactions, and the deterioration speed of dried mushrooms will be accelerated, so dried mushrooms need to be stored in the dark. Avoid storing dried mushrooms in strong light.

4. Sealed storage: dried mushrooms need sealed storage. The only process of mushroom deterioration is oxidation reaction. If ventilation and oxygen supply are provided for a long time during storage, the oxidative deterioration of dried mushrooms will be accelerated. Therefore, try to store dried mushrooms in airtight and unventilated containers. It is best to have a food bag in the container, which is filled with air to minimize the number of times the container is opened.

5. Store separately: Dry mushrooms should be stored separately, because dried mushrooms are extremely absorbent. Do not mix dried mushrooms with other items, and do not store dried mushrooms in containers with volatile odor or odor absorption.
