The practice of homemade meat sauce
Step 1
Cut the meat into small pieces and put it in the meat grinder to break it. The finer the meat, the better.

Beat it to a paste.

Heat the wok, pour in the vegetable oil, and stir-fry the meat sauce as much as possible.
Fourth step
When the oil is hot, add bean paste and stir-fry red oil, then add garlic foam and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add fresh pepper foam, if you don't like it, don't add pepper.

After frying, pour the meat foam into the pot and stir fry quickly until it changes color.

Stir-fry with cooking wine, then add soy sauce, soy sauce, salt and pepper until the meat sauce is fragrant.

Continue to stir fry for a while, then add water without meat foam, and boil over low heat for about 20 minutes.
