There are six ways to cook red beans in a pressure cooker to make them soft, rotten, sweet and waxy.

Pre-soaking method

Soak red beans in clear water overnight, or soak them in the refrigerator.

Then rinse the soaked red beans, put them in a pot and boil them, then skim off the floating foam and simmer them with low fire. The red beans in the pot will soon be boiled and cooked faster in the pressure cooker.

2. Boiling method

Boil the red beans in a pressure cooker with clear water, then continue to cook for 3 ~ 5 minutes, and turn off the fire and soak for about 30 minutes. Reheat it after 30 minutes, and it will rot in about 10 minutes.

3. Cooking method in pressure cooker

Put the washed red beans in a pressure cooker, boil them over high fire, and stew them over low heat 15 minutes until cooked. You can also cook it in a pressure cooker. After boiling, turn to low heat and continue cooking for 5 minutes. Turn off the fire and stew for a while and it will rot.

4. Coagulation method

Wash the red beans and put them in a box for sealing.

Freeze in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours. The dry environment will force the water in red beans to lose. Put it in a pressure cooker and it will be soft and rotten in half an hour.

5. Heating method

Heat the pan, add the red beans and fry. White smoke will be emitted during the frying process, indicating that the water is evaporating.

After the smoke disappears, add a little water and continue to stir fry. After the red beans are dried, add water and stir fry repeatedly. The internal tissue of fried red beans changes, and it is easier to cook until soft and rotten.

1. No matter which method is used to cook red beans, the new red beans of that year are easier to cook, and the old ones need to be cooked for a long time.

There are many different varieties of red beans, and each variety is difficult to cook.

3. When cooking red beans with an ordinary pot cover, leave a gap for steam to come out, so as to avoid the red bean soup overflowing the pot.

4. Putting sugar too early will hinder the absorption of water by red beans and make them difficult to boil. So don't put the sugar too early, it's better to put it before the pan 10 minutes.
