How to braised fish with tofu?
Fry the tofu. Fry over medium heat until lightly browned, turn over and fry.
Sprinkle salt on both sides. Water tofu is fragile, so be careful when frying.
After frying the tofu, put it on a plate and set it aside. Wash the pan and fry the fish.
Fry the fish and sprinkle with salt. Once the fish is cooked, it will roll up easily. In order to heat evenly, you can press the rolled part like my dad did.
Fry until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Remove from the pan.
Cut tomatoes and green peppers into cubes, cut onions and pickled peppers into sections, and prepare ginger on a plate.
Put the onion, ginger, and red pepper into the oil pan and stir-fry first, then add other auxiliary ingredients. Put salt, put sugar.
Put the fish and tofu into the pot.
Put in light soy sauce, beer, and simmer.
Put a small amount of oil in the pot before serving.
Sprinkle in scallions. Start the pot!
