Ingredients
Half onion
A small apple (the original recipe is half)
3 tablespoons Japanese soy sauce
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon sugar
How to make Japanese vegetable salad dressing
Grate onions and apples into puree
Add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and olive oil and mix well
Can be stored in the refrigerator for 4-5 days
