first step
1. Prepare materials. I forgot to put the purple potatoes together when shooting.

2. Except the purple potato and raisins, leave an egg yolk, add the rest materials into the bread machine, and then start the dough mixing program. I used the dough mixing program twice here.
Third step
3. While the bread machine was kneading dough, I steamed the purple potato in the pot and cooled it slightly to make purple potato paste. Originally, I didn't plan to add raisins, but in this process, the baby took the raisins to dry, sprinkled a lot, picked them up and washed them, and then threw them directly into the purple potato paste and stirred them evenly.
Fourth step
4. After the two functions of kneading dough are completed, pull out the stirring page. If the plastic wrap can't be found at the moment, I will directly cover the dough with plastic wrap, put it in the bread maker, unplug the power supply of the bread maker and ferment at room temperature.
Step five
I forgot to take photos after the dough was fermented. Vent the fermented dough, divide it into three equal parts, then roll it with a rolling pin to make it slightly round, and then evenly spread the raisin and purple potato paste.
Step 6
6. Make three small rolls and put them in the bread machine for natural fermentation.
Step 7
7. When the bread is almost fermented, add a little white sesame to the remaining egg yolk and mix well for later use. After I adjusted it, I didn't remember to take pictures. What I have here is the leftover egg liquid.
Step 8
8. After the bread is fermented, apply sesame egg liquid on its surface, and then turn on the baking function. I adjusted it for 45 minutes.

9. It will be finished in more than ten minutes. The little guy clamored to go shopping and went out. Then when he came back, he was already full of fragrance as soon as he entered the door.
