How to make dried bananas
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 90 degrees. Slice the bananas or plantains about 5 millimeters thick and arrange the slices on a greased baking sheet.

Then place the sugar on top of the banana slices and press gently.
Step 3
This is ready to bake in the oven at 90 degrees for 4 hours.
Step 4
Cool the banana slices and store them in jars.
Step 5
It's kind of like eating hard candy, but if you don't like it, you can bake it for about half an hour less.
Cooking tips for dried bananas
If you don't want the bananas to oxidize, you can add an extra step to the first step, which is to soak them in salted water for 10 minutes, but if you don't care, you can just do it according to me.
