Preparation steps
1. Use the glutinous rice first Soak in cold water for 4 hours, put in a steamer, cover and steam for 30 minutes.
2. Soak the mushrooms and dried shrimps in cold water for ten minutes, wash and soak again in a small amount of warm water for about 30 minutes (reserve the warm water for later use). Cut the onions, sausages, fermented mushrooms and dried shrimps into small pieces. , chives and coriander chopped.

Ingredients preparation: 125 grams of glutinous rice, 750 grams of raw, 15 grams of dried shrimp, ham, cooked duck (chicken) meat, cooked pork belly, cooked pig glutinous rice 35 grams each of rice meat, ginkgo, shiitake mushrooms, peanut kernels, clean winter bamboo shoots, 60 grams each of Shaoxing wine, 500 grams of chicken broth, 10 grams of white soy sauce, 5 grams of MSG, 1 piece of ginger, and 1 green onion.
Preparation steps

Cut the ham, pork belly, duck, mushrooms, and winter bamboo shoots into fine dices, and mince the green onions and ginger; wash the dried shrimps, soak them in boiling water, slice them, and steam them in a basket until cooked.
2. Add ginkgo, peanuts, shiitake mushrooms, winter bamboo shoots, ham, pork belly, duck meat, dried shrimp, lard, monosodium glutamate and Shaoxing wine to the glutinous rice, mix well and place in a bowl.
3. Remove the shell and shank, cut into 12 pieces, place on the glutinous rice, add green onions and ginger, cover and put on the basket. Steam over high heat and take out. Bring the chicken soup to a boil, season with MSG and white soy sauce, pour it over the meat and serve.
