The process of making lollipops
Homemade lollipops can be made in many ways.

1. acetum+fruit and vegetable juice

2. Rock sugar+fruit and vegetable juice

3. Sugar+fruit and vegetable juice

Fruit and vegetable juice changes the color of sugar and increases its nutrition. The first one is easier to do, but the cost is higher. The second cost is lower and a little harder to do. The third kind is easy to make and low in cost, but it is easy to get cavities if you eat too much. Generally, it is used for decorating cakes, and it is used for viewing more!

Below I use the second method to describe the production process, and the method is similar.

1. First of all, prepare the mold for pouring lollipops and set the lollipop sticks.

2. Squeeze a favorite fruit and vegetable juice

3. Pour the rock sugar and squeezed fruit and vegetable juice into the soup pot to melt, and keep stirring to prevent the pot from being burnt. It takes a long time and requires patience. Cook it to about 230-240℃, turn off the fire, pour the mold while it is hot, and it will agglomerate when it is cold (if there is no thermometer, you can use a chopstick to dip a little into the water and harden it immediately, and it will be fine).

4. Let it cool and harden, then you can demould it, wrap it and save it for eating!
